PMO Highlights the PPM Overview

This month, we are beginning a new feature in the newsletter called the PPM Overview. This update will feature information about projects and efforts closing this month and starting next month. A portfolio of the projects is kept in ServiceNow (SN). In the left hand navigation area, scroll down to Project Portfolio Management and select PPM Overview.
Once there you will be able to see various burn-down information on all of the current projects. The projects in SN have descriptions, but if you need more information on the non-PMO managed projects, you may want to contact those listed. Also, the PMO wiki has the top ten projects and top ten operational efforts.
